I have suffered from Fibromyalgia for a number of years, and meeting Heather in 2001 was a turning point for my health and my life.

I have received a number of treatments from Heather including Reiki, Reflexology and Aromatherapy and Thai Massage, all of which have helped. Heather has been the only masseuse I have met who has been able to successfully massage my back and loosen the spasming muscles, which is no easy feat considering those muscles were very tender and inflamed!

Heather has also introduced me to Reiki, which has totally transformed my life. Apart from the deep relaxation and powerful healing energies, it has given me a new, spiritual, meaning to my life, and a new career. Heather has trained me as a Reiki Therapist, which has helped to give me responsibility to heal my own illness, with support always there, and enables me to get even more out of my treatments with her. I am now setting up a business of my own offering Reiki treatments – something that seemed inconceivable even a year ago.

I cannot recommend Heather Booker and Serenity Of Harrogate strongly enough.
