I first started consulting Heather Booker over two years ago, for muscular problems caused by osteoarthritis. I also suffered from poor energy levels and occasional, mild depression. I found Heather friendly, yet professional, and was impressed by her knowledge of the body's physiology. Her wonderful massages, reflexology and reiki sessions have been most beneficial to me, physically and emotionally. I've found them totally uplifting experiences. In addition to the treatments, her mixtures of bush flower remedies have proved helpful.

The serenity range of personal care products are second-to-none I've tried - and I've tried some of the most expensive ranges available! Now my whole family use her moisturisers, each individually tailored to suit their particular skin's needs. We go on holiday with her insect repellent, (which really works), aftersun lotion and calming cream, (super for heat rash and other irritations). My bathroom is full of Serenity bath & shower products: Guardian Angel bath salts (when you need a helping hand), bath & shower gel and foam bath. We can't get enough of them! The aromas are gorgeous, plus you feel wonderful after using them. I'd recommend a relaxing foam bath before bed and a sensual shower gel before a romantic night out. Serenity products are suitable even for my dry, sensitive skin. I know they're 100% pure, with no potentially harmful synthetic ingredients. In addition, they're both environmentally and purse-friendly! Superb value for money, as a little goes a long way. They make thoughtful presents too. I can't recommend Heather Booker or Serenity products enough.
